Your AI Workspace is a set of folders and plain text files that AI can read. It's where your AI keeps its memory of your business, and how your work stays organised.
Your Business DNA and Brand DNA sit inside it, so AI reads them every time you start a task.
You create one folder, upload a skill and paste in a copy-and-paste instruction. Your AI then builds your folders and the files that run them, including your CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md.
What are CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md? Two short instruction files in your workspace. They tell your AI who you are, where everything lives and what to check with you first, so you never repeat yourself.

Do I need ChatGPT? I use Claude
The two generators are custom GPTs inside ChatGPT, so you need a ChatGPT account to build your files. A free account is enough to get started, and a paid plan gives you noticeably better answers. Your finished files work in Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
How long does it take?
Parts 1 and 2 take one to two days, depending on how deep you go on your strategy. Most people take a little extra time on the Business DNA, because it's a genuine strategy tool.
Will this be out of date when AI changes?
No. Your AI Brain for Business lives in organised files and clear instructions, not inside one tool's features. When AI improves, your system absorbs the upgrade. It already works with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
What if I can't make the live session?
The recording and the full step-by-step guide go into your AI Brain portal after the session, so you can set up your AI Workspace when it suits you.
