My superpower is seeing what others miss. I peel back the fluff, pressure-test the assumptions, and find the real opportunities hiding underneath vague goals, broad messaging and underpriced offers.
My method is Extract, Organise, Automate, because you can't automate what you've never organised. AI is not the strategy. It's the accelerator.
The short version
I have spent over three decades in marketing and more than two decades in Hunter Valley wine and tourism. Years in the rooms with business owners, in workshops and one to one, watching the same things trip people up: unclear messaging, offers that do not land, and marketing that runs on guesswork.
Then AI arrived, and it made me a significantly better marketer. It did not replace my expertise. It multiplied it. I now do things I would once have outsourced for thousands, or done so slowly they lost momentum. But AI without strategy is just noise. So I bring the two together: strategy first, then the AI Brain and the systems that run on top of it. My job is to install that for founders, so they stop being the bottleneck and start scaling.
