I go into businesses, find the bottlenecks and opportunities, and build systems across the whole business. My 30 years in marketing is the experience underneath that work. It is why the strategy, messaging and customer journey hold together.

My method is Extract, Organise, Automate. We extract the intelligence. We organise it so AI can judge what is relevant. Then we automate the right work.

I am an AI Business Strategist and Claude Specialist based in Pokolbin, Hunter Valley, NSW. I work with motivated business owners across sectors who want AI integrated into the way their business operates. Claude is my deliberate point of difference, and I use ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini when they are the right tools for the work.

I passed the official proctored Claude Certified Associate - Foundations exam set by Anthropic on 6 August 2026. I have also completed eight Anthropic credential certificates across Claude, AI fluency, agent skills and practical AI use. I am registered in the Claude Partner Network.
